Need to add page numbers to your Microsoft Excel 2003 spreadsheet? It's easy - if you know where to look.
1. Select "View" - "Header and Footer".
2. The "Page Setup" multi-tabbed dialog box will appear, with the "Header / Footer" tab selected. Click the pull-down underneath "Header" if you want the page number to appear at the top of your spreadsheet, or "Footer" if you would like it to appear at the bottom.
3. Select "Page 1" or "Page 1 of ?" in the pull-down to determine how you want the page number displayed on the printed copy.
4. Click "OK" to close the dialog box.
